This document sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data in connection with the use of the website www.mjgroup.com (“Website” or “MJ Group”). 3. Purposes of Processing

Personal data are processed for contact purposes, recruitment, contract performance, contractor handling, accounting and tax obligations, and social media communication. Legal bases include Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR, depending on the processing purpose.

Personal data are retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing and for the period required by law.

Recipients include hosting providers, IT providers, HR and accounting service providers, analytical and marketing tool providers (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn), and authorised public authorities.
